TINA (Khrystyna) IAROSHENKO
I'm an award-winning producer, director, and editor with work spanning multiple genres, from the fashion industry to tech from narrative to non-narrative. Originally from Ukraine, (was born in Kherson on May 18, 1985) I have made enormous strides in the entertainment industry since moving to New York City in 2014.
Recent work includes being the Head of Video at fashion digital magazine Cools.com.
Lead Editor of Start-Up USA on PBS (season 4-6).
I have created Fashion Content for COACH, GUCCI, Stuart Weitzman, LACOSTE, Tommy Hilfiger, David Yurman, NET-A-PORTER, Slate & Stone, Taylor Vintage, W Magazine, Surface, Reflex Homme, Velvet, Spirit & Flesh and more. I have also done backstage photography and editing social media video work for Vogue Mexico, Surface mag, Make Up For Ever, Maybelline New York and has directed and edited video diaries for New York Fashion Week including designers Marc Jacobs, Ralph Loren, Diesel, Tommy Hilfiger, Thomas Browne, Michael Kors and Tory Burch for NowFashion.com.
In Ukraine, I was a highly sought after director, producer, and showrunner. Most notably, I created a 10 part documentary series My Truth on the elite from Russia, Ukraine, and Germany. This show concept was sold to 23 other countries. I also worked as a director on Miss Universe Ukraine, Dancing with the Stars and much more.
My short film "Some Others" won Best Short at the International New Jersey Film Festival; and has won awards in Ukraine for Best Script of the Year by Inter-Channel for "TV Fishka" and Best Full Length from Coronation Speech (a national Ukraine competition), for "Born in Fire". I'm a member of New York Women in Film & Television and is a team leader for New York Cares.
I have a Masters with honors in Film and Television from Kyiv I.K. Karpenko-Kary National University of Theatre, Film & TV.
